Please verify every requested size before approving a custom order. Because custom garments are produced specifically for the customer, Nova Teez cannot provide a refund or exchange because the customer selected an incorrect size.
If Nova Teez supplies a size different from the size shown on the customer's confirmed order, please contact us so the issue can be corrected.
When ordering garments for a group, team, organization, business, or event, the person submitting the order is responsible for confirming the requested sizes and quantities before production begins.
