HOW IT WORKS

1. Tell Us Your Idea

Send us the details of what you're looking for. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your vision.

Please include:

Quantity needed
Shirt sizes
Preferred shirt colors
Design idea or wording
Desired print location — front, back, sleeve, or left chest
Date you need your order
Any logos, photos, or artwork you would like included

2. We Review Your Request

Once we receive your request, we'll review the details and contact you regarding availability, pricing, design requirements, and estimated turnaround time.

3. Approve Your Design

If design work is required, you'll receive a proof to review before production begins.

Please review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and design details carefully.

Production will not begin until the final design has been approved.

4. We Make It Happen

Once your design is approved and payment requirements have been completed, your custom Nova Teez order moves into production.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Don't have a design yet? No problem. Tell us what you're imagining, and Nova Teez can help develop a custom design that matches your idea, event, organization, or style.

Design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the requested artwork.

BULK & GROUP ORDERS

Need shirts for the whole crew?

We welcome bulk orders for:

Schools • Businesses • Sports Teams • Family Reunions • Organizations • Events • Clubs • Community Groups

Bulk pricing may be available depending on the apparel, design, and quantity ordered.

TURNAROUND TIME

Custom order turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. If you have a specific event date or deadline, please include it with your request.

Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee when available.

IMPORTANT CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because custom products are created specifically for you, custom and personalized items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error made by Nova Teez or the product arrives defective.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production.

Approval of a proof confirms that you have reviewed the design, spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, and other customization details.
