Custom apparel is produced specifically for each customer. Please carefully review all order information before approving your order.
Payment
Full payment is required upfront before production begins unless Nova Teez expressly agrees to different payment arrangements in writing. An order is not considered ready for production until applicable payment and required order information have been received.
Design Approval
When approval is requested, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the design before approving production. Please verify spelling and wording, names and numbers, dates, garment sizes and quantities, design placement, requested colors, and other personalized information. Approval authorizes Nova Teez to proceed based on the approved design.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional design charges, production costs, or delays.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers who submit logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, or other artwork represent that they have the right or appropriate permission to use that material for the requested order. Nova Teez may decline artwork or an order when there are reasonable concerns regarding its use or when the requested content is inappropriate for the business to produce.
Color & Finished Appearance
Colors displayed on phones, monitors, digital mockups, and other screens may differ somewhat from the finished printed garment. Garment color, fabric composition, printing method, and other production factors can also affect final appearance.
Custom Order Returns
Custom and personalized products are final sale once production begins, except when an item is defective or Nova Teez makes an error in producing the approved order.
